image.pngDescription

Our UL2587 SHIELDED 600V 102U Cardiffcable CY 102U offers top - tier performance. The conductor, made of fine bare copper strands as per UL 758, ensures excellent electrical conductivity. This promotes efficient power transmission, reducing the likelihood of energy wastage. The PVC insulation, available in various color combinations, effectively separates electrical currents and guards against interference.

A key feature is the tinned copper braid shield, which shields the cable from external electromagnetic interference, making it perfect for EMC - sensitive environments. The outer sheath, crafted from a special PVC compound in grey (RAL 7001) or black (RAL 9005), resists acids and oil. It's free from substances that could harm silicone and lacquer. With distinct bending radii for flexible and fixed installations, it adapts well to different setups. Its self - extinguishing and flame - retardant properties, compliant with VW - 1 and FT1 standards, enhance safety.

Application

The UL2587 SHIELDED 600V 102U cable, UL & cUL certified under the UL 2587 standard, is a reliable option for regions across the Americas, Africa, Asia, and Europe. This certification validates its strict adherence to quality and safety norms.

In the industrial sector, it's widely used in conveyor and transport systems, as well as servo drives. Whether in dry, humid, or wet conditions, it functions consistently. Its shielding and resistance properties make it an ideal choice for applications where protection against electromagnetic interference and environmental factors is crucial. This cable ensures stable connections, contributing to the smooth operation of industrial equipment across different regions.
