S-MARK PV-CC 180
Description
Our S-MARK PV-CC 180 cable is a high - performance solution for photovoltaic applications. The conductor is composed of fine strands of bare copper, compliant with JIS C 3102, ensuring efficient power transmission. Both the insulation and outer sheath are made of XLPE, with white insulation and a black (RAL 9005) outer sheath for clear identification and reliable protection.
With a rated voltage of 1500V DC and a test voltage of 6500V, it can handle high - voltage loads safely. It can operate in ambient temperatures ranging from -40°C to +90°C, and has an optimized bending radius (4x the cable diameter for D<8mm and 6x for D≥8mm). The cable also shows excellent resistance properties, including high surface resistance of the sheath, weathering and UV resistance as per JIS K 7350 - 1 & JIS K 7350 - 2, and compliance with multiple standards for cold bending, burning behavior, smoke density, ozone resistance, and resistance to alkaline solutions.
Application
The S-MARK PV-CC 180 cable is suitable for regions across North America, Europe, Africa, and South Asia, too. It meets the JCS 4517 certification standard, which attests to its quality and reliability.
In the renewable energy industry, this cable is ideal for use in photovoltaic systems. Whether for connecting various components within a solar power setup, it provides a stable and safe connection, making it a reliable choice for different solar energy projects.
