Description

Our S - MARK PV - CQ 181 cable is designed for high - performance electrical applications. The conductor, made of fine bare copper strands following JIS C 3102, ensures excellent electrical conductivity, minimizing power losses. The white XLPE insulation provides strong electrical protection, shielding the conductor from interference and stress.

The black (RAL 9005) XLPO outer sheath adds extra durability. Rated at 1500V DC with a 6500V test voltage, this cable has been engineered to safely manage voltages as high as 1500V DC, making it well - equipped for demanding electrical scenarios.

Operating between - 40°C and +90°C, it adapts well to different environments. The bending radius is 4x the cable diameter for D<8mm and 6x for D≥8mm, allowing flexible installation. It also has a high sheath surface resistance of 2500 MΩ·km and meets JIS standards for weathering, UV, cold bending, burning, smoke density, and ozone resistance, ensuring long - term safety and reliability.

Application

The S - MARK PV - CQ 181 cable, certified under the JCS 4517 standard, is a great option for regions across North America, Europe, Africa, and South Asia, etc. This certification proves its compliance with strict quality and safety norms, making it a reliable choice for customers.

In the renewable energy field, especially in photovoltaic systems, this cable is essential. It's suitable for connecting solar panels, inverters, and other parts in solar power setups. Whether in large solar farms or small residential systems, its performance ensures stable power transmission. Its resistance to environmental factors makes it ideal for both indoor and outdoor use, withstanding tough weather and providing long - term reliability in solar projects.
